Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Luxe Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
